Fierce Hugs is so sure you're going to love our goods, you can buy them RISK FREE. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back unused. We will give you a full refund of the price you paid, and for U.S. orders we'll even refund the shipping! If you'd like to make an exchange, simply send back your item, and we'll pay for shipping out your new one. How can we do this? We know you'll love it so much, you won't want to give it back! (In fact, people we know buy a half dozen at a time to store at home for future baby gifts...)

But if you do return your purchase, please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. Returns for merchandise that are not accompanied by a packing list will be refunded as store credit at their current selling price. We recommend using delivery confirmation or a tracking method for returns. Fierce Hugs is not responsible for customer returns that are not received or lost. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We implement a strict quality assurance program for all of our products – by human, by hand. If an item arrives to you as damaged, please let us know so we may replace the item for you.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account shortly after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. International orders may only be returned for store credit.
